Tour guide was fun, knowledgeable and entertaining. Was a lot of fun. We saw dolphins as promised as well as historical shoreline and historical sites.

we booked this tour a part of our Tampa city fun pass with great excitement. we checked in as directed an hour early and wandered about the neighborhood. returning to board, we encountered a crowd of people all waiting to board, massed together and not adhering to any covid recommendations. some were masked, some not. we chose to leave the group and not board out of fear and conern for our and everyone else's safety. after the boat trip had departed, we approached the ticket window to speak with the unmasked agent. she said she had tried calling us because we had not boarded with the group; we explained we were afraid for our safety in the crowded mob. she became extremely defensive explaining the firm was following covid protocol by only allowing 50% capacity (80 passengers out of 150 capacity) and requiring a mask to board. what about the crowd of 80 all crushed together to board? that was not her concern; she showed no remorse nor concern and once again stated they were following protocol. no offer to join a less crowded outing nor apology for our fear and concern. no response from the company either. sad ending to our final fun pass adventure.
