We wanted to use our New York pass for this attraction as it was listed as one of the activities. It doesn't allow you to pre book using a New York pass but we were told to check their website prior to the visit to check availability. We did and there was a lot of availability so we made our way to the attraction. At the door they told us they were fully booked for the day and could not use our pass. However I tried to book online a few minutes later and surprise there was still a lot of availability for the rest of the day. I went as far as booking 4 tickets and stopped at putting in credit card details. I can only assume they will only accept paying customers and not those using NY passes during peak season! Therefore couldn't comment on if it worth a visit but a big thumbs down on customer service!

We visited as group of adult friends, had THE best fun. Its so we'll orchastrated!! You get treats as you move along and different activities which are just great fun! You get a card linked to your email so as you go around you can scan it and have photos taken as you go which are emailed instantly to you. The ball pit at the end is just brilliant. We had so much fun here. Like being a child again, just jump in and swim in a sea of balls! Great craic for young and old! Tickets sell out fast, we had the new york pass which covers entry but you can't prebook online with it. We were there for the opening and literally got inside and a sign was put up on the street saying booked out for the day! So get there early!

Well, this was a very easy review to write. Didn’t know what to expect here at all. We took our kids, aged 9 and 10 and we all had an amazing time. It’s a very good family activity and got us all engaging, and playing (giant ball pit). Free ice cream, few snacks on the way round, pictures and a small gift is all part of the entry. Brilliant value. Took about 2/3 hours maximum. Would defiantly recommend. We got entry with our New York pass.
