As a fan of color, I thought it was cool, the ball pit for me was a real highlight tbh, It was so much fun. A sensory experience that encourages fun and wonder. I think they could add a bit more interactive pieces to the mix but it was fun. Definitely would recommend a visit.

I very rarely write poor reviews, but I want to save other families from spending their money here. For the price we paid, we were only there for about half the estimated time. The bathrooms were disgusting, the exhibits were dirty, and it just wasn't what was described. If you are looking for a place to take Instagram worthy pics, I'm sure it's great. If you want a unique family experience that you will feel good about spending your money on, skip this one.

I would highly recommend The Color Factory! I had actually never heard of it, but my teenage daughter had, so we looked it up & checked it out, not really knowing what to expect. It was a fun experience for both of us. The place is nice & clean. They give out a few unexpected treats & send you pictures for no extra charge. I suggest a visit when you're in NYC for something a little different than the usual sight-seeing!
