His boat is a 50’ Hatteras saltwater fishing boat that can take up to 6 anglers fishing at the same time. Powered by twin 550 HP Detroit Diesel‎ engines, this fishing machine is unstoppable on the water.

The vessel comes rigged with state-of-the-art navigational electronics and safety equipment, outriggers, a fighting chair, a live bait tank, and ice-boxes. It’s also very comfortable and features 2 private restrooms, a kitchen, a flybridge, beds, and AC.

I was in town for a conference and thought it would be nice to get out on the water for a few hours and do some fishing. I brought my wife and kids. I thought we’d catch a few of the popular fish around Key West in June. I was really hoping we could catch a Mahi - we did, caught two. We caught a few other fish, had a great time! Then out of the blue we hooked a nice White Marlin!! I didn’t think it would ever be possible to catch a marlin just fishing for a few hours one free afternoon, but Capt Russ and his crew put us in the right spot!! Incredible day- so worth it! Can’t wait to come back!!

My daughter and I had an incredible blast. She is special needs, but high functioning and the captain and mate really took good care of her and helped her every step of the way where they felt she needed it. We had an absolute fun time, besides catching good fish. On a very weird weather day, lots of everything, sun, rain, clouds, hot, cool; we caught nice mahi-mahi, king fish, and blackfin tuna. I recommend any fisherman from novice to experienced to head out with Capt. rice and the best deckhand/fish Zen master, Russia!

Full Day on Corsair 2 April 18th 2019 Two of us went out with Captain Russ and Robert for a full day trip -3 Tuna, 4 Kings, 3 Snappers (3 different varieties), 1 Mahi Mahi is what we brought back to shore. Add another dozen Kings, 4 Barracuda and who remembers what else we caught and released. We should have brought more people on the boat with us to help reel in the fish…Arms are rubber, backs are sore, and the long downrigger would get a strike every 15 minutes…you know the one they let a million yards of line out to run really deep. Be sure and be in shape before charting this boat, you are going to be worn out catching fish. See you next year Captain Russ.
