We had such a wonderful time swimming with the manatees! James was our guide and JJ was our Captain. They were both so personable and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. I would definitely book another tour with River Ventures in the future.

Unfortunately our tour was cancelled due to high winds/safety issues after we drove 2 hrs to get there. The staff was communicative, friendly & helpful re our return $ and Viator responded quickly about our refund. We didnt think about a cancellation, so plz know that if your trip is during best viewing times w the manatees, adverse weather conditions can put a damper on your trip. Call ahead to ask about conditions impacting your trip will try again next year with the same venue because of their concern & consideration

High winds canceled our trip. Unfortunately we didn’t know until we got there. Still waiting for our refund from Viator. Supposedly they will text or email.
