Took two teen girls here for the first time. We had a great time with the team here. Check in was easy as was the fitting for the wet suits. We were shuttled onto older vans to get to the boat. The captain and guide were both very helpful and friendly. We saw lots of manatees and had plenty of time in the water. My wet suit did not fit great which let in more water than it should, and the foot zipper was missing also, guess I should have checked it better. One word of warning, the two teens I brought along were very thin with minimal body fat. Add to that a cool day and 65 degree water temps and they were extremely cold about halfway through the tour. They simply could not get warm either in the water or up on the boat. Bring extra towels or blankets or something if you get cold easily. They missed out on some of the manatee time trying to get warm. Overall it was a great experience we just did not plan on being as cold as we were.

My nephew and I did this trip a few weeks ago. The weather was blustery, so the previous trips that day had been cancelled. Ours went ahead with an all girl crew and they were simply amazing! From the minute we walked in, we were greated so warmly and this high level of customer service continued through our visit. Our two guides were Megan & Lyndsey and they were so enthusiastic whilst making sure that both us and the manatees were treated well. Our captain, Hayley manoeuvred the boat skilfully in the wind - no easy task. We saw so many beautiful manatees in their natural environment and it was an encounter I will never forget. I can't recommend River Ventures highly enough and all hail to the fabulous women (both in the office and in the boat) who made our trip so memorable, BIG THANKS!

Amazing experience, we had the best time with our crew, Jose and Capitan Troy. They made the adventure a once in a lifetime experience. Would recommend 10/10 for me! We will be back and personally recommending this crew.
