Lauren was our guide and was very enthusiastic. I have been on several of these tours in various cities in the past. There needs to be more ‘scary’ history for the tour, in MHO.

Thank you for this feedback. We avoid using the word “scary” to describe our tours as it is highly subjective and we certainly don’t have any jump scares. However, the stories we tell on our tours are all deeply rooted in the local history, and the facts tend to be bone chilling on their own.

The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. From sign in to backing out of the parking spot. Everyone we encountered staff wise was absolutely wonderful and helpful and added greatly to the experience. We were recommended by a past guest and was thoroughly pleased and impressed. We will definitely be back and being more people to experience this museum. You guys have truly made a wonderful exciting and spooky experience Thanks for the lifetime memories
