Jamie was an entertaining tour guide, lots of passion in the stories and a lot of history behind it all. The highlight was gaining access to the lobby of the 450 Sutter building, although most stops are intended to remain on the sidewalk. Lots of walking, but a good overall tour and two people saw suspicious movement in the Nob Hill Inn. Recommended for something different!

This was a very negative experience. It did not specify that the walking would be up incredibly steep hills making the tour inaccessible for 2 of our party. We were only made aware of this after the first 10 minutes in tour so we left. I requested a refund as this information should have been provided prior to purchase, however Viators customer service refused. I do not advise booking with them as the customer service is very poor in the situation that you need help or have an issue.

Jay Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His enthusiasm was contagious and before long the group was exchanging personal ghost stories. The stops were great and there was a lot of good information. Its definitely worth going on the tour.
