Horrible service and extremely unprofessional tour company - PLEASE STAY AWAY We were very excited to see the tour after great experience in via Viator recommended tour in Niagara falls. Unfortunately, this was exactly opposite from get go. No communication via operator before the tour and I had to call multiple times to get the exact location. We reached by 9:45 but tour started at 10:20 as they had to get two buses..very confused folks who were managing the tour. When we entered the bus even though more than half of the bus was empty tour guided wanted me to sit away from family just because we were three saying we need to do this for people who will board the bus later which made no sense. Anyways as we go through the tour it was maddening hurry all the time like 10 mins or max 15 mins at each site. these are some great place and we would need bit more time. At Lincoln memorial guide did not communicate the time properly and when we reached the decided meeting spot we did not find the tour guide. Along with us we had another family which came all the way from Africa. We waited and I must have called more than 50 times to guide and tour operator office to know where they are and how can I catch them. No response and couple of time tour operator picked my call but always disconnected within 15 secs without giving me proper information regarding next or last destination details. All they would say "Georgetown Harbor" and when you search online you would not find any location by that name but you will see "Washington harbor" . I had to just guess and reach the location. Even after reaching tour operator provided me wrong restaurant and wouldn't answer my calls..Thanks to other cruise company who guided me to the correct location and given me the time for signature cruise ride on Potomac river. Again, it was the worst river cruise I had experienced. I have been to amazing cruise rides in Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Chicago, SFO, Thailand, Malaysia and many more.. It's just not worth it!! Don't waste your money please!! Even after the the cruise I just wanted to confirm if they will drop back in the city but answers from tour guide was extremely rude and harsh!! after paying $270+ I don't expect this kind of sick behavior. My recommendation is to take uber drive around the city as everything is very close and would cost nothing and you can see the same places in detail. Going with signature tour is the worst thing you would ever do.

thank you for having the tour with us and sorry if you didn't like any thing from our service but we would we make investigation about your review and we find out that you was late for each stop until all the guest complain about haw you acting and making the tour behind also you called from each stop to ask about where is the bus and the guide ,this is not private tour please respect the other people time and yes you called over 15 time and we talk to you but unfortunately you late again we did help you we make the boat wait for you we spend a lot of time to help you and unfortunately again you never happy please take private tour next time Zuma

Tyrone and Chris were awesome gave us enough time to to see everything. They made learning fun, always had us laughing
