Our tour guide, Nur, was very knowledgeable and engaging. We had fun and learned so much. The African American museum was touching and at times overwhelming. We will be back.

This museum probably requires two trips. It is an extensive and complete historical trip through the beginning of the African Americans arriving in this country, through, the impact of African Americans on cultural aspects today. The museum is laid out well, and even when busy, it is possible to see all of the exhibits. Not to be missed.
