We visited the museum to check out Paul McCartneys photos when the Beatles were just becoming famous in the USA. It was an interesting exhibit and really highlighted how far photography has come! We also went through some other parts of the museum which were also great.

This museum is world class. Not only the exhibits but the surrounding gardens and forest. It is located in a forest retreat that is memorable.

Huge. Diverse. Phenomenal. Can I complain that it is just too much? No, that is on me. If I lived there I would be a member. As it is, hard to imagine being in San Francisco and not going. Quite a but around corners, so pay attention. And don’t miss the store.
