The tour was good and we learned a lot. The tour guide, Bailey, did a great job. The reason for the low ratings is that the lady at the ticket booth (at the main Old Jail site) was very rude. Our group of four had a late afternoon boat tour, so we could not use the tickets for the museum in the store and the history museum. I approached a couple at the ticket booth and offered the tickets to them. The lady in the booth grabbed them, threw one away;, and was giving major attitude about something so simple as giving the couple free tickets. The poor couple was just looking at her, very uncomfortable, as she barked questions at me. I get that they want to sell their museum tickets, but she could have easily just said that transfers to another party was not allowed Very poor customer service.

Fun touring the city on the bus, especially with our driver, the very entertaining Davey Jones. Saved a lot of walking and got to see many of the sights. The jail tour was very interesting and our inmate guide was terrific. Uncle Vince in the museum was full of information and interesting facts.
