Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

Jimmy was an exceptional tour guide who led our group, accompanied by his canine companions. His extensive knowledge of the dogs’ history and personalities was evident! showcasing their familial bond rather than mere working animals. In addition to my experience with Jimmy, Rod’s facility is great. The staff is warm welcoming, and the facility is stocked with an abundance of name-brand gear that can be borrowed to stay warm in any weather conditions. Complimentary hot water is available to prepare any beverage you desire, and hot hands are also provided.

At Rod's, all of the extras like warm gear, a large welcome center, staff to help, among many other items is included in your adventures. There is a reason we are the #1 rated dog sledding, snowmobiling, and ice fishing company in Fairbanks. Thank you for the review.

Jimmy’s dogs were amazing! cute smart dogs and jimmy was cool and friendly! Loved his dogs and absolutely loved the ride! probably the best highlight of our trip this week! I loved our pictures he took as well. 100% would recommend !

The dogs are so cute and I had so much fun on my first time! The sled is pretty fast and you can ask questions while sledding! I went with Jonah. He answered all my questions including what the dogs ate, and how far they could run! My favorite dog on his team is yoshi and ivory because they are very friendly! I hope you go and enjoy! Recommend!
