This tour is authentic and unique. You will get to see real Alaskan race sled dogs perform and will learn to ride with them from the best in this traditional Alaskan sport. This dog sled tour will also get you deeper into the real wilderness and the world of Alaska dog mushing on a 10mile ride over tundra, forest and lake trails. You will quietly go to some amazing places. Enter a pristine environment you can only access in the winter when our tundra, wetlands, and lakes are frozen on this tour!

Andy was the greatest guide and could not have been more hospitable! He greeted us with a warm cabin, bathroom and space to get into our winter gear. You have to rent a car to get there as the place is quite remote, but a very easy drive and well worth it! Andy lets you spend as much time with the dogs as you want and then takes you out on a great adventure. We saw 2 moose while on our sled-ride, so it was magical. Afterwards, we went back to the cabin to warm up with tea/cookies and then rave about it the whole way home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDY for this experience!

We couldn't have asked for a better hostess! We learned a lot about the climate, the dogs, the terrain, the gear and Germany! This is a must do, especially if you want that personal touch. Anna-Christie (sorry if we misspelled your name) was a pure delight and inspiration!

These s are amazing! The owners are amazing! The setting is sublime! If you love dogs this I is a must! They share with you their home, their home and their passion! The sledding experience through boreal forest and over frozen lakes was smooth and easy! The dogs love to sled and it shows! The puppies will warm your hearts. Such devotion to each other; humans to dogs and dogs to humans was a joy to witness and experience.
