I’m giving this an excellent review in spite of a rough start. The girl at the booth at Pier 21 was very rude. We bought tickets online, and when we asked if we were in the right place (there are two dolphin tours at the same place) she was rude and short with us. She told us to wait in a nearby breezeway with two other families and she would call us. A few minutes before time to leave we discovered that everyone else had already boarded. The other family complained that she hadn’t told us to board, and they got into a shouting match. However, once we boarded all was well. Austin was the tour director and was amusing and played good music. We saw lots of dolphins, learned some about the bay, and saw a really cool shipwreck off the coast of Pelican Island. I would recommend this tours to others. It was a really nice way to enjoy an afternoon out on Galveston Bay.
