When booking this, I was really excited because it seemed to offer more than any of the other tours. I went on this tour the day of my birthday. Before the snorkel portion of our tour, everything went alright. I asked a few questions and received some really sarcastic answers which I brushed off. We got to the snorkel portion of the tour and that’s where it took a downhill. They said we would have an hour in the water…we only had 20 minutes…when it was time to come back…I was struggling to hear and was a little disoriented since it was my first time. I heard them calling finally and tried to swim back…I looked up and I was going the wrong way so I turned around. I got back to the boat and there was other people getting off in front of me and people waiting behind me. I asked my friend to grab a phone and Jesse was really short and rude with me and said you only have time for a quick photo which isnt want I wanted. I told him that’s not what I was doing and he snapped back at me that he told me “I told 4x times to get back on the boat”. Which I never even heard in the first place. I was trying to talk to my friend who was with me and he made an rude comment interjecting our conversation. He was verbally abusive and ruined my birthday tour. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I called one of the people and he said he would get back to me but no one ever did.

Jesse and Rachel were excellent hosts! These two are passionate about the ocean and provide a wealth of information. These guides know a lot about dolphins and their behavior. The healthy hummus, veggies, and fruit were very much appreciated and very tasty! We went through a big storm during our trip, but Jesse and Rachel had everything under control and I felt very safe. My daughter calls this a “bodacious adventure”! Would definitely do this again!

Do not miss this tour! If you are tired of superficial tours full of booze and loud music - this tour is wonderful. Captain Jesse and Rachel are both amazingly informed (with degrees in biology and conservation). The vessel is quiet and we saw a whole bunch of dolphins that actually swam around without running away. The snorkeling was awesome. Even the food is awesome. Organic hummus and fresh fruit. This was absolutely wonderful. Don't miss it!!!
