Our Sunset Cruise departs from Mission Bay in beautiful San Diego, CA. Our friendly and experienced crew provides you with sightings of beautiful whales & dolphins, and an educational experience where you can learn about these animals that visit the ocean near San Diego harbor. This is topped off with our beautiful San Diego sunset.

Typically our trips are 2.5-3 hours in length, but time can vary based on seasons and locations of sightings.

The staff at San Diego Whale Watch was so friendly and fun. We were able to spot two grey whales and they followed them but were respectful so as not to disturb the whales. We also learned about some whale habits and different species. Fun for all! And there was also a lovely sunset!

We didn’t see much of anything no whales and the dolphins we hiding almost. Just a waste of funds. Not worth the cost of when they can’t guarantee.

The sunset was amazing! It was behind the boat and it was right there in the middle. Like a hollywood movie scene. Took awhile to find wild life but then all of a sudden.....lots and lots of dolphins, with babies. So cute. The ride itself was exciting and relaxing at the same time. The staff was awesome and very available to help with questions or physically helping get around the boat.
