The only reason for the 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the miscommunication of the start location. The original message from the booking listed, 521 Amboy Rd, an address by the river where you go to participate in the water activities. After having to wait for another Uber driver to come and take us to the correct address, 99 Riverside Drive, we were 30 minutes late. They were great about adjusting the time and giving lots of great info about Asheville. Overall, a beautiful day and fun adventure. Highly recommend it!

Used Ashville Adventure Company to rent e-bikes for the day for a self-guided ride. Jordy went above and beyond to suggest and plot out miles of biking options all over Asheville! The bikes were great, service and customer service very responsive! I would 100% rent to take a tour with Ashville Adventure Company.
