We only had a few days in NYC and found most tours didn't operate on the days we were there. Haunted manhattan had prompt communication, were happy for us to pay in cash and generally bent over backwards! Frankie was a great host. Kind to our curious talkative kids and a fount of knowledge. Helped that she is antipodean as well! We love history and scary. Plenty of history less scary but great stories told well. Highly recommend

My family and I took the Professor Mortimer haunted tour of Greenwich Village and we loved it. Not only was the tour extremely informative but the good professor is one of the best tour guides I have had the pleasure to go on a walking tour with. In addition my wife & I purchased discount vouchers on Yelp and had trouble figuring out how to redeem them and book a tour. We sent an email to the webmaster and received a very prompt response (I would say we had a confirmation of our booking within about 15 minutes of sending the email). Do yourself a favor and take this tour. The next time my wife and I are in NYC we will definately book another tour with this wonderful company.

We absolutely loved the the haunted Manhattan tour. The guide was very informative and we loved hearing all the ghostly stories and seeing the places that were haunted. Would definitely do it again.
