Rob Figgins took me on a great tour of the beautiful slot canyons. They are named slot, because from space they look like a coin slot. He is an experienced, very friendly guide. The canyons are beautiful. I highly recommend this activity.

I cancelled this trip 48 hours in advance, received cancellation confirmation, and was still charged for this trip! Roils appreciate a response to my email and a prompt refund!

Hi Dawn, Unfortunately, we don't do any of the bookings or cancellations for TripAdvisor. They do all the reservations, we take the tours. So you are leaving this review trying to hurt a small business that prides ourselves on our reviews over something we have no control over and that was your mistake. I just looked up your reservation and it still says confirmed and not cancelled. We had a guide wait for your group and we finally reached out and you said that you had cancelled and sent us a picture that showed that your trip had been cancelled. This picture was not the same reservation and was a trip that was booked under Mike. You never cancelled the reservation you booked under Dawn. We told you the day you didn't show up for the tour that it still showed the tour as active on our end and that you should reach out to TripAdvisor customer service so that you weren't charged. But it sounds like you didn't and would instead want to leave a bad review for for a small company. Here is a timeline of your reservation. Aug 26 Dawn books a tour for 4 people for 1:00 on Sep 24. September 13 Mike books same tour for 4 people Sep 14 We send a message to make sure there are 8 people and that this is not a double booking. No response. Sep 20 Mikes tour is cancelled. Sep 24th 1:13 pm We reach out to you to see if you are still coming because the guide has been waiting. You respond that you cancelled the tour and send us a picture of confirmation. However, this was Mike's Tour cancellation confirmation. We then tell you that your tour has not been cancelled on Viator and that you will need to reach out to their customer service so that they don't charge your account. Sep 28th Dawn leaves this 1 star review for our company. Sep 28th I call Customer Service and find out that you never cancelled the tour under Dawn and never called customer service after we told you that is what you needed to do. I asked customer service to still cancel and refund the reservation which they did. You should be getting an email and refund from them soon. As I said at the beginning we pride ourselves on our customer service. I have now spent almost 2 hours today trying to figure out what was going on with your reservation. Please don't punish small businesses for your mistakes in the future.

Anthony showed us how to take panoramic photos of the slot canyons and the pics turned out great. He was lots of fun and we had a great time. We would never have had this experience without this tour.
