Our tour guide, Jordy made this a memorable outing. He made sure that we were fitted up with helmets and we each got a quick lesson in e-bike riding and then had to prove competence in the parking lot before setting out. If you've ridden a bike, but have never been on an e-bike, you'll be fine and welcome the extra "help" on the senic hills of Ashville. Jordy has been in Ashville for many years and is well versed on the history of brewing there, he knows who is killing it and who has become laxed. After asking the groups likes and dislikes in beverages, our tour took us to Burial, Eurisko, One World Brewing and DSSOLVR. Jordy was quite good at keeping all involved and had a side "guessing game" going on that could win someone an extra drink on him (he bought the first round for everyone). At every brewery, he was greeted by the wait staff and could give insight into most items on the menu. I tried a few sours and found that I did enjoy them, but I had never ordered them before this outing. After 4 hours of brisk conversation on many topics, we all felt like we had met some new friends and bonded even more with old ones!
