What a great experience. Our pilot was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel special. The flight was smooth and gave us exceptional views of the city and surrounding countryside. I would recommend this to anyone visiting San Francisco.

Was booked as a helicopter flight, but was a small 4 seater plane. That really wasn't the problem, the pilot was my daughter's age about 23 or 25 very inexperienced. He had strapped the flying instructions to his leg. My daughter sat up front there were no safety instructions given and she was sitting in the training seat for a beginning pilot where there are controls and the brake. The young man talked mostly about sports and not about the scenery. Wasn't what I paid for. As my daughter said, It was pretty sketchy🤔

Hi Cheri, Thank you for your review. People sometimes get distracted by excitement during the booking process that they don't read and bypass our transparent information "Airplane Tour". It is important to carefully read before purchasing a tour. Nowhere on our web page will you see the word "Helicopter". You are correct, we do have a young pilot that I feel has impressed us beyond limits with his skillful safety measures he prioritizes before, during, and after a flight. We don't judge on age, if a pilot has gone through the rigorous training and has passed all safety check points that are required by the FAA,... then we believe its fair to give that individual a chance to fly. There are of course 23 year old commercial pilots flying 300 passengers on a commercial airplane. How would you guess they got there? Experience and opportunity, and that's what we are providing to our pilots. And to our customers we provide Safety at a birds eye view regardless of age, race, or gender. Please look at all our reviews which reflect optimistic opinions on our flight services including our great team of pilots. Thank you again for your review it is greatly appreciated. The flight was awesome and our pilot Matt was very professional and hospitable. I had never been on an airplane before but the pilot made our first time very enjoyable.
