It was a good way to see the entire Island. But w e were a little disappointed with the narration. Couldn't see much from our side of the plane

We booked a plane ride of Kauai because for our teen family of five it was more economical to go by plane than by helicopter. Our flight was delayed an hour do to fueling delays. The hanger in which the business resides is a bit muggy. Once we were airborne it was neat to see the entire island in under an hours flight. Pictures were hard to capture because of the flare off the windows. We didn’t get real close to the infamous Jurassic waterfall by plane. But we got to see and hear about Kauai’s history. Our pilot Justin was very good and informative. He gave a great air tour of the island. Had I known the plane would bounce and dip around I would of take some ginger pills. I did fine but got a tad airsick. Just a tossed stomach a few times nothing to bad. All in all it was a different way of experiencing the island.

My husband and I are in Kauai for our honeymoon and booked this tour after seeing so many amazing reviews. Boy are we glad we did!!! Bubs was our pilot and we couldn’t have asked for a better time! Though there were some clouds, I believe this lead to some absolutely BEAUTIFUL pictures! If you have a GoPro, I HIGHLY recommend spending the $35 to have it mounted to the outside of the plane. The cherry on top of the cake was that I got to sit in the co-pilot seat. The plane was comfortable and was air conditioned. Bubs continually made sure all of us were comfortable. Do make sure to wear dark colored clothing to offset any potential glare/reflections off of the windows. You will not be disappointed!
