We had a lot of fun on this tour and the town of Estes was very nice. I only have a couple of small complaints. First is that our tour operator didn't spend enough time at the beginning going over the bike and how the gears/throttle worked. I also didn't remember the bike hand signals and those were never reviewed either. Going over all of that would have been helpful. The other complaint is that the description of the tour says that we would be going to the Stanley Hotel, and we didn't do that. Our guide said that we weren't allowed to because of trespassing issues. If that is the case, that should be removed from the tour description. The description was misleading and the Stanley was one of the main things I wanted to see.

Our sincere apologies! Safety is truly our number 1 priority. This particular guide failed to meet our standard of excellence. And The Stanley Hotel is one of our featured stops. We enjoy telling the history, fun facts, and "stories" of this grand hotel. We will address both of your concerns immediately.
