We were very disappointed with this paranormal investigation. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but for the money the 5 of us paid, was not up to pare. As a paranormal investigator myself, I would have provided equipment that actually worked. Some didn’t work and others were not fully charged so they died midway through the night. Our guide, Arron was knowledgeable in the history that she told us but as an investigator you don’t go and tell the group to just go off and explore and leave the group to talk to strangers on a path. A group investigation should have been conducted creating more energy for sprits to be contacted. Also upon arrival, Arron told us twice that tips are greatly accepted which made us feel very uncomfortable since we did not have cash on us and thought the money we paid was more than enough. Hopefully this paranormal group will learn from this experience we had. Could have been way better if we just took our own rem-pod to these locations ourselves. We would have saved $250.

We care about your experience with us very much. We called you after reading your review and explained about our new investigator and how it takes time to learn all of what it takes to do this job. The equipment should have been checked prior to leaving and this investigator will be retrained so this won't happen again with anyone else. Erin cares about her job but it's not the normal 9-5 position and it takes time. After speaking with you, we refunded your money because we don't expect to be paid for something that was not promised so I hope that helps and if your back in town again, please give us a call so we can show you why so many other customers love our investigations.

Had a great time investigating with Clinton on July 2. He was a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. Got great video of a shadow in The Grove accompanied by the sound of musket fire! My girlfriend also captured the sound of musket fire in the grove.
