Good tour Mark was a knowledgeable guide. Booking site was a pain. Took over 2 hours to book. Had to chase them to get tickets. I would recommend booking directly with your company.

Hello Ian, Your review here should be for the tour you took with Everglades Day Safari. If you were unhappy TripAdvisor/Viator you can contact their customer service but it's disheartening to get a poor review based on their performance which is not something my company can control.

Must do. Worth every penny. Great lunch. Great guide. No shopping stops. This was very time smart tour with 2 great boat rides.

This was a wonderful trip for my husband, my Au Pair and my 5 year old twins. Heidi was truly fantastic. She was so patient and wonderful with our kids and absolutely embraced their desire to be in her space to experience the animals - she didn't shy away at all. She was superb. I would absolutely do this again and I will be recommending. Worth the trip and the money. Go do this.
