Buyer beware. This tour is going to be miserable in rainy weather. The tour should have been cancelled the day I went, or at least we should have been given the option to cancel. It was cold and rainy, and because of that the gators were hidden. We saw hardly any wildlife except some birds. It was a painfully boring day. And then it turned just painfully painful. We took two boat rides: one airboat and one through the mangroves. We couldn't see anything because the rain at that speed feels like little daggers pelting our face. Nobody could open their eyes, so we couldn't see anything on top of being miserably cold and wet. The tour company provided ponchos, but we were still soaked. Cold, wet, and board. Not a good combination. Our tour guide was doing the best she could, but it was miserable. I requested a PARTIAL refund from the tour company, and they denied it. The operators know how much the weather affects the tour no wildlife...not even able to open my eyes on the boat due to stinging, pelting rain and I feel it's their responsibility to let their customers know what they're in for. We wasted a full day of our vacation thanks to this. So I'm passing this on as a warning.

This was a very good day! We were picked up at our hotel right on schedule and were off on our adventure. We had wanted to visit the Everglades for some time and this tour ensured that we made very good use of our time. We had an excellent guide who was able to point out many birds and alligators as well as giving us background information. The included lunch was very tasty.
We highly recommend this tour.

This was an awesome value for the money! Great tour, saw many different things and the tour guide was excellent! Would highly recommend this tour to everyone! It's an all day all seeing adventure! Great lunch too!
