This was an outstanding tour. Very informative. Driver was extremely knowledgable about the Everglades and the stuff that was going on. He took time to point out extra little things and during our airboat ride he located a nest of baby alligators that he could show us when we got back to the docks.

I went to Miami when I was returning from South America to NY just to do this tour. It was the only tour that gave a comprehensive guide to the Everglades region. Norman our guide was wonderful. He was wonderful.. He knew so much about the region and stopped at many places to enhance our opportunities to see the wildlife. We saw about 30 alligators in the wild. The day included various ctivities and I came away very satisfied. I live in Perth, and this opportunity met all my expecttions and was something I could not have done on my oiwn.

We took this tour so that I could check off "airboat ride in the everglades" from my bucket list. We were picked up on time and Norman was most informative...almost too much. He was so full of great information that it was a bit hard to take it all in. The guys running the airboats were great. I just wish it could have been a bit longer and maybe a bit faster for a short time just to give a thrill. The walk Norman took us on to the "Cypress Dome" was a bit sketchy. We stopped at the side of a dead end road and walked into the trees. The food was good at the restaurant. The "boat ride thru the mangroves" was also a bit of a disappointment as we imagined cruising around the edges of a few islands but instead we stayed on the water 'highway' and went out to the Gulf waters and back...full speed ahead both ways. All in all it was a fun day and I got my ride in.
