Great trip, Julio our host was amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable. Airboat ride was lovely and the boat ride from Everglades City really fun! Altogether an amazing day! Would highly recommend.

If you’re considering an Everglades Day Safari, do yourself a favor and ask for Mark as your guide. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Mark was not only extremely knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, but he also had a knack for sharing that information in an engaging and accessible way. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast or just along for the ride, Mark made sure everyone felt included and informed. Our group was a small, multicultural mix of travelers from the U.S., France, the Netherlands, India, and the U.K. Mark’s cultural sensitivity and ability to connect with everyone were impressive. He took the time to get to know each passenger, ensuring that everyone, including those with physical disabilities, felt comfortable and cared for. He truly kept us all together as a cohesive group. One of the highlights was how Mark balanced education with preservation. He was very conscious of ensuring that we took only memories and left only footprints behind. His passion for the Everglades shone through in everything he did. There were no questions that he was unable to answer. Our only regret? We weren’t able to tip him more due to some issues with our card at the ATM. Mark, if you’re reading this, thank you for a truly unforgettable day! We hope to make it up to you next time.
