Paramount tours cancelled our trip the day before claiming due to random safety checks. The company informed me Iwould receive a confirmation email and refund. Neither happened. Contacted Viator and they could not reach the company.

Jason was phenomenal!! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Maui during our trip to Hana, but because of an unexpected accident that closed down the only way back to our resort for many hours, Jason went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and not a bother to him for the extra time spent on our trip!! He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of!!! I would definitely recommend Paramount tours to take care of your Hana adventure!! Mahalo Jason!!🤙🤙
