When you visit our honey farm in Hawaii you will enter the world of bees and beekeeping and gain a unique perspective on this important industry. And if you decide to take our beekeeping tour you'll have a box seat for viewing actual hives from a safe and secure screened area. Our beekeepers are eager to answer all your questions about bees and honey.

We also provide free honey samples, and you will gain a much greater appreciation for the difference between raw honey and the honey bears on most grocery shelves.

When you visit our honey farm in Hawaii, you will enter the world of bees and beekeeping. We have a variety of activities for you and your family, only one of which requires advanced reservation. Take a beekeeping tour where you'll have a box seat on beekeeping in a safe and secure screened area (reservations strongly recommended). Visit our museum and tasting room to explore the amazing world of bees and enjoy a free sampling of our delicious, raw organic kinds of honey. You can also browse our store full of honey, beeswax products, and beekeeping memorabilia.

We booked a tour to the honey farm with our family our last day on the island. The beekeepers are super knowledgable. The tour included a video and a super short walk out to the honey bee hives. The beekeeper spoke for about 25 minutes and showed us the different hives. We were also served chai tea and a wonderful macadamia tarte dessert during the video. You can sample the different honeys in the museum/store (this is free) and take a photo booth style picture to share on Instagram. They have wonderful products for sale in the store and free recipe cards.

My girlfriend and I were on the Big Island during memorial weekend and on our final day we were ahead of schedule and didn’t know what to do out in the area so I found this place online and it turned out to be a really fun experience and something I would recommend to other people to go do if they’re in the area!

The tour does not take too long. You get to taste some amazing honey samples. You will want to take at least 3 types of honey home with you. You can combine this excursion with another in the same area. Enjoy!
