We didn’t do a tour but we bought chocolate. The staff was very helpful and patient. The price was as expected for chocolates made in house. We did a large box with half various bourbon balls and half other kinds of chocolate. Good value if you ask me. It is small, parking is on site.

We arrived just as the tour had started. There were 2 other couples on the tour. They had a technical problem with the video, so we went into the factory. Since it was a weekend, there was nothing being made at the time. Interesting to see the machinery and the workstations, especially the "Lucy and Ethel" station. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The end result was quite tasty. We would definitely visit the store again and recommend this experience to support a local business. This business has an inspiring backstory.

The Rebecca Ruth's candy tour exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk through the factory area to see how the candy is made. They mentioned that the tour would be changing in the future to where you will not actually enter the factory so I highly recommend getting this tour experience while you can!

Thanks for visiting! The days of walking through the production area will be transitioned to walking through a new addition with windows into the actual production area. This change is necessary due to the new Food Safety Laws. The new building will offer views into the production area through windows and will be augmented with a video of equipment. We will be expanding the museum with new and more antiques. We will be adding a chocolate tasting room. We will be family friendly and adding iterative and educational exhibits. We will also showcase candy equipment that you can get close to in the museum area. Thanks so much for your comments.
