We went to the wrong location but they were kind enough to give us the tour when we arrived. Amazing operation. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Bourbon chocolate had a gritty texture and the flavor is okay if you like bourbon. The $8 tour of the “factory” was nothing more than four people in the small back room making chocolates. The history was interesting, but the chocolate was not something I would personally enjoy. We did receive a free sample at the end of the tour. Was concerned with the fact the workers did not wear gloves and were handling the chocolate. The workers were also not gowned and were wearing their outdoor street clothes. The tour took place close enough to the mixing bowls and food preparation areas where it could easily be contaminated by customers. On a positive note, they are supposedly building a larger facility with glass windows so you will no longer be on top of the assembly workers during your. Staff was super friendly but the chocolates were extremely expensive at $32 / pound. We did not purchase.

We loved touring the Rebecca Ruth Chocolate store. They were so kind and informative. We showed up on the wrong day for our tour. They gave it to us anyway. It was fun to learn of the history of this place. Plus, the chocolate was wonderful.
