We had hoped this tour would be informative, and it was, but it was also very dry. Our tour guide repeated himself several times as if he couldn't remember where in his script he had left off. We originally had booked the panoramic tour, and for some reason were bumped from that to the trolley tour. It was difficult to see some of the taller sights with the roof of the trolley in the way. There were definitely beautiful sights to see, but the information was very general and not very interesting. We learned much more on our guided tour later that night. The trolley is comfortable, and the shuttle which picked us up at our hotel was very convenient. We didn't used the shuttle more than the one time.
