This Extended Lakes Helicopter flight takes you beyond the lake view flight. You will fly directly over Douglas Dam, and proceed over the lake. In the summer you get great sun-glistening views of the water and the people enjoying their time on the lake. During the winter months, the water level is lower allowing for incredible views of exposed islands and coves. Minimum of 2 guests to book flight.

Absolutely worth every penny! Incredible views. Staff was awesome- from the ride to the store! We had never been in a helicopter before. It was truly an awesome experience! Only wish we had flown longer! Huge shoutout to Alex (our pilot)- he was very informative and knowledgeable! He even showed us houses owned by celebrities! Issac (boarding attendant) was super helpful in briefing us on safety procedures and expectations. The entire staff was awesome! We will be back for a longer tour.

This is our 2nd ride with scenic, 1st with the kid. Alex our pilot was very knowledgeable and a great pilot. Raz was very helpful with getting us all boarded! Justin took some wonderful pictures to remember this family activity by!

This trip was our 2nd time to book a tour with Scenic Helicopter Tours. We took our kids, ages 5, 8, 11, & 14. They all loved it, but the 5 year old talked and exclaimed and squealed with delight the whole time we were in the air. Our pilot (JD) had a hard time getting a word in! The entire staff is pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our ride, and I wouldn't mind a 3rd ride, maybe doing the longest ride next time. I would recommend booking your tour ahead of time through the website, if you can. At the time of my writing this review, they were offering a small discount for booking on the website. Also, if you want to get an idea of how long the ride will last, take the number of miles and divide in half. (Helicopter flies @ 120 mph plus take off and landing, so that's an APPROXIMATE length of time) That's how many minutes the ride will last. I wish I had known that ahead of time, because I might have booked the ride that was just a bit longer than the one we did.
