Looked so good on paper…chef’s dinner by a waterfall, but the execution and reality fell really short. 5 courses over two plus hours, a lot of long waits (up to 30 minutes) between some of the courses. When I finally got my entree it was cold and way over salted. I might not have minded the wait so much but my group and the others at the table could hear the champagne popping and loud laughter on the other side of the kitchen so it just seemed like we were not a priority. There was no bread or anything to snack on so we were all really hungry during the wait. I told the chef in advance that it was my son’s girlfriend’s 18th birthday, but no mention was made of it to her nor was there anything special. I ended up asking the table to sing her happy birthday so she wouldn’t be too disappointed. When we left, the kids asked to go to Taco Bell bc they were still hungry. Again - so much potential, the description of the food was great - the execution was not.

Dinner was amazing - come hungry! The courses were incredible and Chef Lisa was personable and shared her in-depth knowledge of local food and its sourcing. The meal was definitely prepared with Aloha. The wine pairing was terrific. We will definitely book again!

One of the best meals I have ever er eaten! Chef Rachel is incredible! The ube creme brulee was amazing! This place is a hidden gem.
