We came by taxi on May 8, waited an hour and no one showed up from the tour. we ended up buying tickets from the desk on site and saw the Falls on our own bat. Only missed the boat ride (Maid of the Mist). Extremely disappointing at the wasted time and money.

Phil, We are extremely sorry if your day was messed up in anyway. This is something very important for all guests to see. It is important to be at the starting location 15 minutes before the tour time starts. The tour guide calls all guests that are not checked in at 15minutes prior to tour time, 5 minutes prior to tour time and at the beginning of the tour. The first 5 minutes of the tour is a speech at the starting location and then the tour begins to walk to the first destination. We will always do our best to accommodate guests that are late, however if this is not possible, it is ultimately the responsibility of the guests to arrive on time.
