Experience the beauty of a rafting trip along the Colorado River near Fisher Towers, a short drive from Moab. Seemingly untouched by civilization, the landscape of stunning red rock canyons cut by the Colorado River provides awe-inspiring vistas throughout the day. Between thrilling bouncy rapids, you can swim, take photos and listen as your guide shares informative commentary about the ecology, wildlife and human history of the region. Choose either a half-day or full-day trip and enjoy an incredible rafting excursion for the whole family.

With various departures during the day at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, the half-day trip can fit into most schedules. Bring the whole family on a fun-filled half-day Colorado River trip that runs about 7 river miles (11 km) with fantastic scenery and moderate rapids. Noon departures include a lunch by the riverside.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; minimum weight requirement is 50 lbs (23 kg)
Inflatable kayaks are available upon request at no charge, please provide the request in the special requirements field at the time of booking
Please note, prior to departure, all travelers will be required to sign a liability release
Minimum age is 8 years
It is recommended to bring: Sturdy footwear (no shoes like flip flops/crocs!), quick dry clothing, spring or fall rain suit, swimsuit or fast drying shorts, sun screen, lip balm, hat and a camera (preferably waterproof)
This river trip needs a minimum of 4 individuals to run. If your trip does not meet the minimum the day prior, you will be offered other tour options or get a full refund (Another option is to pay for the remaining fares)

We had a great time. Our guide was knowledgeable not only about the river, but also about the plants and ecosystem. Well taken care of. We always felt safe. It was a little windy on the day we visited and I have never seen a young woman row so hard. Very impressed!

This was a great half-day trip! Easy rafting down the river, low risk, and some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever witnessed. Our guide Owen was friendly and super knowledgable about the area, the landscape, the geological features, and the river. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for something pretty quick and easy to enjoy while in Moab.

The staff were excellent. They were organized, friendly and very good at what they did. The equipment was in great shape, and the life jackets did not smell. The scenery was outstanding. But if you are looking for lots of white water you will not get it on this trip - look at one of the other trips Navtech offers. This is a good trip for those unsure if white water rafting is for them or families with small children. We enjoyed it, though.
