This was an absolute blast, made a lot of great memories and stories to tell. Zach (our tour guide) was awesome and would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone looking for something fun to do 👍🏻

zach was amazing. gave us many interesting facts. such a cool experience for couples, family’s or even solo. definitely worth the time and money. took a hour and a half drive and don’t regret it one bit. be sure to ask for zach to lead ur tour! 10/10 experience.

Tour guide did not show up or call us to cancel!!! We weren't the only ones to show up for this tour. Drove 1 1/2 hours for this experience. SHOUT OUT for BK Adventures who were there and integrated us into their 9pm tour. Don't take the chance with this group. Choose BK Adventures. They had great guides out on the water and were fun and knowledgeable. Very memorable experience with BK.

We see that you edited your review. Shout out BK adventures for letting you on thier tour after your group was left because you were late! When you do not show up as asked, we DO NOT MAKE THE GUESTS WHO WERE ON TIME WAIT FOR TARDY GUESTS. You can tout BK all you want. They took you out because you were there while they were getting ready to depart, believe me, if you were late for them like you were for us, they would have left your tardy behinds too.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Orginal review reply... We do ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to launch. We will do an hr weather hold to get our guests out safely. When we do a weather hold, we actually wait until the weather is safe for our guests and our guides. If another company chose to put thier guests out while we are doing a weather hold, I don't think that has the same derogatory implication you are hoping to achieve. To the contrary, it actually shows we are in contact w/our guides and we'd rather be safe than sorry w/our guests and thier families safety while in our care. After you use your raincheck w/us you are more than welcome to book w/any company you like. As you mentioned, there are several companies who will not treat your familys safety w/the same care we have. As we arrive w/more guides than we are required to have, we are always visibly prepared with guides and prepared for our guests and thier tours. We made the call that if was safe to go out, and then another cell popped up. So we definitively canceled the 9p tour at that point. We offered to reschedule anyone that wanted to reschedule to a later tour as is SOP for rain cancelations. Guests who do not immediately reschedule for a later tour that same night, automatically received a raincheck good until used. We apologize if you think there was something nefarious going on in regards to keeping our guests safe, but we can assure you, we take our responsibilities very seriously. We appreciate your review, while we do not agree w/your perspective, we appreciate the feedback nonetheless. Thank you for paddling w/Florida Adventurer.
