It was not what I expected. There were not clear kayaks and the water is not glowing blue. It turns blue only when you make motion in the water. But it was peaceful and the guides tried to find wildlife.

This was the best vacation experience our family has ever booked. Not only was the activity pretty awesome but Trevor and Kiera were excellent guides. They were careful of the surroundings to keep us safe, great about tidbits and education and they had a great easy going personality. I have a challenge with boats and water at night personally but they made this so comfortable for everyone, I couldn't say enough. We always look for something local specific to do on our trips. This is not something you would find anywhere and well worth every penny spent. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

The 2nd of august we arrived 20 minutes earlier and no company identification at place. Finally we found David the guide thanks to other people, and the guide told us that he didn't have enough kayaks (We were a family with 2 children). He said We had to wait 60 minutes. We wait with another couple that had reserve the 23:00pm tour. When David returned (at 23:30h) told us (the other couple and us) that the Goverment dont allow them to do the activity after midnight ¿🤔? We didn't understand this answer because he had tours at 23:00h and 00:00h He told us to call him the next day to do the refund. Nowadays he said that we arrived so late (something that's not true) and he never gives refund in this situation Next day we couldn't talk with him by phone only by email.

Ma'am, again. Everyone recieves the exact same email. We ask everyone to arrive 30mins prior to launch e had plenty of seats. We are not going to make guests wait on your late arrival. David already had his guests on the water. You missed your tour. We did not have a later tour going out, and we certainly will not pay a guide 2x to do your tour due to your tardiness. As we have mentioned, we will only offer a raincheck for a future date. We will not refund late tours.. This company policy. As we mentioned over the phone, your negative review will change nothing. You're still eligble for a raincheck, not a refund. If you walk away from that, it is your choice to do so. Thank you for your review! 😊
