Our driver was excellent. He was safe, personable, and educational. Our hotel was not included in the pick up, but he went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel.

This was a fantastic, can't say enough good about it. We were picked up as planned and promptly. The woman who picked us up made sure to show us a great time with the group we met up. We were able to see and take pictures of 4 alligators we encountered. The driver of the boat made sure to turn the boat so everyone could see and take pictures. The ecosystem there is absolutely amazing and breathtakingly beautiful. We would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting a first-hand chance to see the Everglades. Take tip money for the crew and the man who does the alligator show. Also the souvenir shop. Thank you !!

Driver that picked us up was entertaining. Bus was clean and air conditioned. Saw two alligators in the wild. I’m glad I did the airboat tour but it’s a one a done kinda thing. No reason to do this excursion twice.
