We bought the tickets for the Celebration Food Tour and nobody showed up. The tour never happened. As of this writing, we have not received our money back for the tickets.

My daughter bought us this tour as a gift. We booked it online, received confirmation, and arrived 20 minutes early. Waited, and waited, and waited. Called the 800 number, got a dude who said he only dealt with tickets, didn’t know any specifics about the tour, he gave me another number to call, which I dialed multiple times, and received voice mailboxes. Left several messages. Finally, ten minutes after the scheduled start time, received a text from someone (no idea who), who said tour was cancelled due to illness. The unknown subject also said they had texted us earlier to let us know. To my home phone. A landline, that does not receive texts. Never received an actual phone call, email, or voicemail. Terrible way to run an operation. The ticket dude did tell me there were only four people booked for todays tour. My guess is the guide didn’t think it was worth his or her time to come in for four people, and just blew us off. Avoid this company.

We've been on 6 other food tours around the country and can definitely say that this one was well worth going on. The food was great and varied and our tour guide, Keith, encouraged interaction with the other participants ensuring we all had fun. And we learned all about Disney's Celebration.
