The trip to key west, booked on trip advisor, was overall good however there were some areas for improvement. The bus driver was safe and efficient however the tour guide was rude, lazy and most times we were not able to understand him on an English speaking tour. To start we were told to be at the pick up spot 15 minutes before the time which was 6am. We got there by 5:40 am and waited on the street in the tropical storm conditions until 6:05, when the bus finallly anrrived. Upon getting on the bus we were interrogated not welcomed and others were told that this was not their bus but not told why or where to go. Upon initial departure my sister and I were told there was a bathroom on the bus but we were only allowed to “do number one (urination). We were the only guests on the bus of at least twenty five people told we could only urinate. There was a half a roll of toilet paper, only, for the whole day and no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Additionally, the tour guide sat in his seat facing the front of the bus and gave some information about the areas where we traveled but sounded like he was reading from a script and mumbled with mixed Spanish English and was very hard to understand. He did not try to engage the passengers, answer or ask if anyone had questions and slept most of the trips in his seat when he was not spitting phlegm into his spitting bucket or answering or talking on his very loud ringjng phone. I understand there are many different types of people in this world but if you take a job as a tour guide I think you should be engaging, nice, informative of the area you are bringing people and just a kind human. This man was not. A nine hour bus ride could have been more enjoyable. Also they took us to breakfast and said we only had fifteen minutes to use the facilities order food and eat and I felt it was very rude when he was beeping the horn at two elderly women who were finishing their breakfast. Not sure I will ever book another tour with this company unfortunately.

We arrived at the pick up location at 5:45 AM and a bus arrived at 6:10 AM and we’re told that it was not our bus. We were also told that we have to wait for the other bus. We waited until 6:55 to leave and the bus still did not arrive. I want my refund.

Too many stops in Miami. The guide was very nice and informative but the 10 stops in Miami was brutal
