Enjoy an immersive all-inclusive carefree day as you travel on our vintage open-air Cable Car, Limo Bus, or Luxury Limo Van! Our guides are trained on the wine and the history of the area. They will be with you all day long to help explain the wines, the experience, and show you the insider’s way through each winery.

The tour lasts five hours with lunch and all wine tastings provided.

*Even though we limit our numbers to 6 per booking, this is a public tour that includes up to 25 people on the vehicle. Vehicle type is determined the day of the tour based on the number of guests and weather permitting*

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time on the cable car wine tour. Our host, Trixie, and driver, Sandy, were both great and we enjoyed their company as we hopped around to the wineries. The lunch provided was very fresh and delicious. Our favorite stop was Slate Theory as we got a tour of the underground wine cave and production line. Great experience overall, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would do again and highly recommend!

My husband I took the Cable Car Wine Tours while in Fredericksburg and loved everything about it! Our guide and driver were lovely, the vineyards beautiful, the wine surprisingly delicious, and getting ride around in authentic cable cars is so fun. We highly recommend the tour and can't wait to go back!

Took this tour with a group of friends. First, it is important to note that Ally, our tour guide, and Brian, our driver, were fantastic! Excellent hospitality from initial greeting until the end. We were taken to 3 wineries and provided water and snacks along the way. Our first winery was Bridal Oak. It was wonderful! First class treatment, carefully selected wines for tasting, more information than we expected and we each left with two bottles of delicious wine! Wonderfully exceeded our expectations! We were then taken to lunch at a beautiful resort with great food and wine options but seemingly very disorganized service. Our second winery was Covington. Yuck! That is the only word I have for the perfume, I mean wine, tasting. No options given and we poured all but one out and rinsed our glasses. For some reason our third winery was changed on the way and we ended up at Lost Oak Winery. We were rushed in, yelled at when we sat at a table for four, forced to move to a table for the entire tour party, treated rudely by staff, given no choices, and served wine with flavors of “petroleum” *see picture. The trolley for the tour was extremely windy and loud which stole its charm.
