The bike had everything we needed - a map, lock, bottle of water, and a zipper pouch to hold extra items. We were originally concerned about riding on the shoulder of the roads heading up Silverado Trail and down Napa Trail, but quickly realized the shoulders were very wide and we felt quite safe. We will rent bikes again on a future trip to Napa! Great job, Chris, on setting up a solid business with repeat customers.

This is our second time renting e-bikes from Fat Tire Bike Rentals and hope to get back out there in the future to go again. Chris did an excellent job instructing us on how to use the bikes and in directing us to the Vine Trail without having to contend with busy roads. The bikes are comfortable and easy to use and make for an enjoyable way to visit Napa County towns.
