Sadly, I was disappointed with the poor communication seen as some of prominent places were closed (which of course, cannot be helped by the tour company), however, we weren't informed what the alternative plan for the day was until I gently asked.
Secondly, the manager/proprietor of Crossroads (Mr Ramji) was incredibly condescending and rude when I spoke to him about getting my lunch order wrong. He was also passive-aggressive in his email to me.
On a positive note - Julie, the tour guide was a safe driver and quite knowledgeable.
