Crew was entertaining, informative and knowledgeable! We had full confidence in Gavin , Doc and Collin!!! Words cannot describe the beauty and wonder we viewed all the way down. We had some fun - getting splashed and learning how to assist our Captain!

The team puts on an authentic warmth and genuine kindness into the experience. Everyone from the check in clerks to bus driver to the guides (the glamorous job, not!) was enthusiastic and seemed personally invested in giving us a good time.

The rafting trip was one of the best I’ve ever been on. Our guide, Chin, did an awesome job to create a safe, fun and entertaining experience. I’m sure we will he talking about the trip for years. The process was easy to book and once we arrived at the store, they were very Covid cautious. Load up was very much organized and we were in the river before we knew it. Lunch was served on the river bank about half way down the river. We had chips, gauc, fruit, steak, pasta salad and cookies. Everything was very tasty and filling. The second part was a gentle float, but it was Saturday so it was cool seeing how the locals just hang out on the river. We did jump off the boat into the river. It was brisk, but refreshing. Hoping to meet up our guide Chin in East Tennessee when we are back home.
