The guides were very fun and I felt very safe with them. My kids were 9,9 and 14 and they all had a blast. The guides took pictures for us the whole trip and then quickly texted them all to me. Several platforms, nice long zips... HIGH, several bridges... great experience.

We’ve zipped in Gatlinburg and WV (ACE Adventure resort), so not our first time. Loved learning about the trees, property, and history of the area. Guides were fantastic with both adults and kids. Best part was probably all the photos we got, which were included in the price. Easy access, download, and share immediately.

Thats Great! Our friends in Gatlinburg and West Va (Ace) do a great job, but we feel we have one of the best canopy tour experiences out there! Our guides are highly trained and local residents who are so proud to show off our surprising and spectacular beautiful part of Kentucky. as they say Kentucky Kicks *ss!! My 88-year-old mother wanted to go on a zip line. Yes you may doubt her sanity. But I’ve learned in 61 years that she makes good decisions. We were a little concerned, but she wasn’t. And she was right once again! The staff were incredibly helpful, direct, clear, and cheerful as they gave us excellent instruction in a simple and friendly way and made this day a tremendous experience. Everything was safe and exhilarating! Thank you!
