Wycieczka po dzielnicy czerwonych latarni w Galveston

Przegląd
Return to a time when the mob ran Galveston and their guests were treated as if they were family. When you crossed the bridge you enter "The Free State of Galveston," where the only rules were mob rules. The stars of the era were world class entertainers brought in to perform in the casinos, including Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Dean Martin. Everyone was enjoying their own "Vegas Dream" right here in Galveston.

Rob did a great job giving us all the dirt on the Maceo family, we already ordered the books he suggested! Nice safe walk, great entertainment, even threw in some ghost stories!!

We took the tour tonight, 10/24.21. Ron was high-energy and a lot of fun! We are Galveston history buffs, but we still learned some things. We are mid-50's and it was not difficult. Plenty of time to sit and rest, and plenty of walking. It was a lot of fun! Get to the meeting place a little early and you can grab a bite to eat at the Gypsy Joint and some drinks to go next door at the Daiquiri bar.
