Wycieczka Ghost and Haunt po Gatlinburgu

Walk the back roads of Gatlinburg and learn about its haunted history and folklore on this nighttime tour. With a guide, you'll learn how you, too, can capture paranormal photos. Use ghost-hunting equipment like you see on tv to potentially communicate with ghosts along the way.
The tour is an outdoor walking tour as such there is plenty of room for social distancing and masks are optional, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible and service animals are allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the late completion time, the Trollys don’t run that late but we do offer free parking and of course, taxis and Uber, Lyft are available.
The walk is about one mile all on flat paved ground spread out over 2 hours with lots of stops so a messy relaxing walk but no places to sit or restrooms are available during the tour.
This is not a private tour groups can be as large as the upper 20’s in the busiest times but average in the high teens to low 20’s.

We have been on many tours in many cities. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this one. One man on our tour was obnoxious making it difficult to enjoy. Our guide was new so she didn't have answers to questions and was not as outspoken as other guides we have had. Hopefully she will improve as she gets more comfortable. She was very friendly. Sad we didn't really enjoy it

I am sorry you were disappointed, unfortunately once in a while we do get obnoxious guests that spoil things for others in the group, that comes with dealing with the public. I am sorry you felt that we should be given a low rating because of the actions of someone we cannot controll. Not sure what you mean by she was not as outspoken as other guides were? I have a issue with walking fast and I talked to the guide about it. He said that he would walk a little bit slower to help me keep up. Needless to say, he was always almost a block ahead of me. Would start telling the stories without everyone being there. So if you're a speed walker , this tour is great. If not rent a scooter or a wheelchair and have a friend push you. Tried reaching out to the owner, with no response back. Won't reccomend them too highly.

Hello Mary, I am very surprised by your review! If you would like to chat about your experience, please call us at 865-661-1980 I assure you, we received no call nor was a message left for us, perhaps you called the wrong number or accidentally called the wrong tour? (that happens more frequently than we would like!) As for your experience, while I wasn't there I did speak with your guide and he informed me that when you checked in he had his doubts that you would be able to do the tour and reminded you that this is a walking tour and it covers a little more than a mile, he says you assured him you would be fine, there was one location in particular that he remembers you were having difficulty staying with the group and he tried to wait for you but unfortunatly, we do have a number of locations to get to in the two hours we have, so we do need to to get from stop to stop to cover everything. We get on some reviews complaints from people wanting more stories in the time we have as it is. As for you in your situation, you say you spoke to the guide about your walking issue. We try very hard to accommodate people we know are having an issue including suggesting a scooter rental or, if thats not an option, If you voiced any doubts in your ability to keep up at check in, you could have called me (manager) and I would have arranged for a refund in this case. It sounds like you felt left out and for that I am sorry. As this is a walking tour, your advice for those who do have walking issues is well taken, scooters and power chairs do help a tremendous amount. I myself was recently in an accident that left me unable to walk well and I use a scooter when going on our tour or other events I wish to attend.

Larry was THE best guide! I love how he told the stories and interesting facts that go along with it. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and he really wants everyone to get a feel for these events. Of course, sometimes you don't catch things on camera or get touched but there is pretty cool equipment they let you use to capture things going on around you for the night. Definitely will do again in the future! Thanks for the great night!
